We have two options, fully custom or start with one of our base plans from PowerHouse Designs and customize from there. Every home site is different so we make considerations to ensure you capture the best view, create desired privacy and still harvest the sunlight needed to power your home.
Permit
We take care of all permitting, even the really complicated multi-year permits that might need to see the hearings examiner. We manage all other professional reports such as wetland biology if your lot has water, or geotechnical engineering if your lot is steep. We produce budgets for all these items so the finances are understood before the project goes ahead.
